The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that teens need to do when they want to play at a competitive level.  All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under close supervision.

SideYard teens program won’t coach them to be good at just one thing.

This helps decrease injury in teens that stem from repetitive motion seen in sport specific training. 

With workouts that are scaleable, each athlete can succeed with tailored workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.
