I have a passion. My passion is rooted is helping others.  Creating health and fitness goals and walking people through the journey.  What do you want to accomplish is what I am about!

Sharene has a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing in addition to the above certifications.

Since 2013, she has coached advanced athletes to those who have never seen the inside of a gym, preschoolers, to those well beyond their AARP membership introductions.

CrossFit Level 1 

I have an associates degree in P.E./Health and a CrossFit level 1 certification. I've been working in gyms part time for the past 20 years and have participated in sports my whole life.   As a coach, I love to see fitness improve lives and help people find the joy in working out.  CrossFit  truly is for everyone no matter your level of fitness or ability. There is a feeling of inclusiveness being a part of gym, also an atmosphere of encouragement and accountability that can not be matched.  My very first Crossfit work out I was hooked!  One of the things Crossfit has taught me is that I can do really hard things which carries over into other aspects of life.  I enjoy interacting with others in a competitive friendly environment.  I have a passion for the outdoors.  When I am not in the gym you might see me mountain biking, running, hiking, kayaking/paddle boarding and skiing. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family!


CrossFit Level 1 

Never did I expect to find myself as the coach in the room. But after many years of athletics, I have found my place. I discovered that I desire deeply to help guide people into becoming their best selves, in their fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness.


Through my many years of dancing, cross country, and track, I came to understand how pushing through discomfort for the sake of results and improvement is an important skill for success in many aspects of life. Over the last few years here at SideYard, I have witnessed this implemented, along with excellent coaching, nutrition management, and emotional strengthening. I saw the awesome results of these aspects and what they could do for a person,  and knew I needed to be part of it.


My goal is to become a coach who is always learning and always striving to help each person who walks through our door, reach the healthiest, happiest version of themself.

Ashley Campbell

CrossFit Level 1 

Ashley is a senior, a multi-sport athlete and CrossFit Level 1 certified trainer.  She will be one of the coaches for SideYard Training Kids!

"My name is Ashley Campbell and I am 17 years old. I have always been an active person and I have been involved in sports since I could walk. The two sports that I am currently involved in are basketball and track. These sports have taught me many things and have grown me into the person that I am today. I am excited to coach kids so that they will love to be active and healthy! I also want to help them become strong individuals not just physically but mentally as well!"

In her free time, Ashley likes to play basketball and run, camp, and fish.


CrossFit Level 1 

Sylvia is a Senior High school honors student, a multi-sport athlete and CrossFit Level 1 certified trainer.  She will be one of the coaches for SideYard Training Kids!

Being active and involved in sports is what made me the person I am today, This is why I am so excited to be able to coach and train kids. I hope to have the same impact on them, as my coaches throughout the years have had on me (:"

In her her time, Sylvia likes to play basketball, swim and hike.


CrossFit Level 1

Zoey is a Senior High school student, a star basketball player  and CrossFit Level 1 certified trainer.  She will be one of the coaches for SideYard Training Kids!

"Hi, my name is Zoey Moore & I have always loved sports especially basketball. Growing up I remember training.  I wish I had CrossFit growing up to improve my health & fitness. I am excited to introduce this program to kids and show them effective and safe exercises to live a healthy life."  

In her free time, Zoey is playing basketball and doing activities outdoors.


PiYo, Yoga, High Fitness, and TurboKick Instructor

Kristin Bergquist is a fitness professional who lives in Middleton Idaho with her husband and three young children. She helps busy Moms (and Dads) get fit in their own homes by providing 30 minute online workouts that can be done with no equipment. Kristin has a bachelor's of science in Art Education and is a Certified Fitness Professional through the Beachbody Live Fitness company. Kristin has been teaching group fitness classes for 6 years and is currently teaching PiYo, Turbo Kick and Dance Fitness classes at SideYard Training in Middleton Idaho. Kristin's passion for fitness is obvious when attending her classes. Her goal is to create a fun fitness experience leaving her participats with a feeling of joy and motivation to make exercise a part of their lifestyle. When Kristin isn't teaching group fitness she can be found outdoors with her family camping and wakeboarding on a pristine mountain lake.
